Our Board

St. Mary’s School is a Virginia non-stock Corporation that has applied for tax-exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It operates, according to state law, under the status of religious exemption. A voluntary Board of Directors oversees the school as an independent, non-profit institution. The Board consists of parents, church, and community members. The members meet monthly and support the school in its mission by helping to develop school policies, budgets, and providing leadership in the church-school community.
